This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Page counts

We count page views and a few button clicks ourselves, without cookies or personal data. Our server keeps daily totals per page and per referring website. To estimate unique visitors it uses a one-way hash of your IP address and browser that changes every day and is thrown away at the end of that day, so you can't be recognised across days. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, nothing is counted.

Booking a call

When you submit the booking form, your name, email, company, team size, topic, note and how you found us (the page, the referring site and any campaign tags in the link) are sent to Valfort Tech's own CRM, hosted on AWS in the US (us-east-1), and emailed to our team so we can reply. Your browser then opens our Cal.com booking page with your details filled in, where Cal.com's own privacy policy applies. We don't sell or share these details.

Email

If you email hello@valforttech.com, we keep the conversation to reply and to run any engagement that follows. We don't sell or share it.

Hosting

The site and CRM run on our own server on AWS in the US (us-east-1), and may be delivered through Cloudflare. Both process standard request logs, such as IP address and user agent, to deliver and protect the site. We store a salted hash of the IP address with form submissions to stop abuse, never the address itself.
